Reg 54733 (Nov. 28, 2025). On June 25, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a favorable decision concerning TPS terminations. Mullin v. Doe , 609 U.S. ____ (2026). The Haiti TPS designation is terminated, effective July 27, 2026.
