Public findings are limited to claims that passed the release's official-source, evidence-passage, operative-date, national-scope and counting screens. Secondary descriptive fields are displayed only when captured; their absence does not remove an otherwise supported finding. A finding may later be corrected if new official evidence or human review changes the supported interpretation.

The absence of a public finding does not establish that no policy activity occurred. Records with unresolved core evidence or counting questions are withheld from the public interface and preserved in the internal lawyer-review bundle.

Each record page shows the supporting passage, the official source, the pinpoint citation when captured, and the review method used. To flag a record, use the link at the foot of its page or email hello@witharrow.ai with the record identifier.
