(2) The Minister may authorise the disclosure of any information mentioned in subregulation (4) about the person or class to the Australian Federal Police or the police force or police service of a State or Territory. (3) The Minister may authorise the disclosure only if the Minister reasonably believes the disclosure is necessary or appropriate for the performance of functions or the exercise of powers under the Act.
